AT-HOME

Personal Training

All Personal Training sessions are a completely customized, at-home 30-minute workout, including warm-up and cool-down. Sessions are offered as a single session or as part of a monthly plan. No long-term contracts! Be sure to ask about scheduling a complimentary session, included with the purchase of your first Red Rock Fitness training plan.

WORLD GYM /RAW LABS

Sessions at World Gym Cincinnati or Raw Performance Labs are 1 hour in duration, allowing for substantially more intense training. For those interested in serious lifting and barbell form, Red Rock Fitness recommends this option. Training at World Gym or Raw Labs will require a membership to the gym separate from Red Rock’s training fees ($35/month). Every plan is month-to-month with no long-term contracts or commitments. Please inquire about arranging a complimentary evaluation to meet Sara and discuss your goals, or to arrange a per-session payment plan!

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition Coaching with Red Rock Fitness is offered as monthly plans with weekly check-ins via phone call. Unlimited daily text support and in-person house calls are also offered. All plans start with a complimentary, in-person orientation to help assess your goals and current lifestyle, and to teach you the basics of food tracking. The Grocery Store Tour offers an in-depth walkthrough of your favorite store to learn how to streamline your shopping, read labels, and make mindful choices.

Training + Nutrition Packages

Bundle your training sessions with nutrition coaching to see better results and make meaningful, lasting change. Red Rock Fitness Training + Nutrition Packages allow you to mix and match your preferred Training Plan with your preferred Nutrition Plan to receive a small discount and see even bigger changes!

BOOT CAMP

Join other Red Rock Fitness members for a total-body workout in the park (weather permitting)! Fresh air, fresh faces, and a fresh workout every time.
